What suppliers send through us
Instalments and statements
The monthly instalment, the annual statement and any credit or back-payment, explained in plain figures.
Meter readings
A request to submit the reading in the right week, with a direct link — and a confirmation once it has been received.
Price and tariff changes
Legally required notices of changes, with the effective date and the customer's options, sent within the statutory period.
Supply notices
Planned interruptions for grid work and information during outages, addressed only to the affected supply area.
How we keep utility mail credible
Customers have to be able to trust an email that mentions money and their supply. That trust is easy to lose.
- Mail goes only to account holders who registered an email address with their supplier.
- Billing and supply notices carry no advertising for other products.
- Marketing for new tariffs or services requires the customer's separate consent.
- Former customers receive their final statement and nothing after it.
- Messages never ask for passwords or bank details; links lead only to the supplier's own customer portal.
